Acceptance of Terms of Use

The klia2 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that use of such services is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To make full use of klia2's services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current at all times. klia2 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before activating certain features.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Attempts to create multiple accounts to abuse the platform may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

- Engaging in any action that disrupts or impairs the platform's functionality or the experience of other users.

Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the klia2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your account are legally obtained and belong to you. klia2 does not accept third-party deposits.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the verification processes set by the platform. klia2 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. In such cases, the platform may request additional information from the user before processing the transaction.

Klia2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

- Activity suspected to involve fraud or system circumvention
- Requests by authorised authorities
- Account inactivity for a specified period
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with klia2's internal policies and applicable legal requirements.

All content on the klia2 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of klia2 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of these elements without express written permission from klia2.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
